Self-taught, inspired with a passion for good food, Tim offers quality plate lunches and catering at a competitive price. Before working at the University of Mississippi in Higher Education, he worked at Danver’s Restaurant, Cedar’s Restaurant, and Panini The Oxford Catering Company.
